(A) Trucks of a rated capacity in excess of 26,000 pounds GVW are hereby prohibited from parking on Main Street within the city between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
(B) Any person violating a provision of division (A) above shall, upon complaint and conviction thereof, be punished by a fine of not more than $300.
