(A) No automobile or other motor vehicle shall make a U-turn anywhere on Main Street or one block east or west of Main Street in the city. For purposes of this section, U-TURN is defined as turning from the roadway across the opposite lane of traffic at an angle in excess of 90 degrees.
(B) Anyone violating any provision of division (A) above shall, upon conviction, be fined in a sum not less than $25 nor more than $100.
