(A) Centennial Avenue, at all points west of the intersection of said Avenue and Main Street, and Main Street in said city at all points north of said intersection, shall be and the same hereby are declared to be “Stop” streets.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to drive any automobile, truck, motorcycle or other motor vehicle into or upon said stop streets from any point within the limits of the city, without first stopping said automobile, truck, motorcycle or other motor vehicle just before entering said stop street and carefully observing traffic both ways on said stop streets, to the end that any traffic on said stop streets shall have the right-of-way over any automobile, truck, motorcycle or other motor vehicle so entering said stop streets.
(C) Any person violating the provisions of divisions (A) and (B) above shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined in any sum not exceeding $100.
