(A) The necessary construction may be performed in accordance with a contract between the person requiring extension and a contractor, between the city and a contractor, or between the person requiring the extension, the city, and a contractor, as shall be determined by the city in each case.
(B) Any sewer line extended and constructed pursuant to this chapter shall conform to the applicable sewer system regulations of the city and shall be subject to inspection and final approval by the City Public Works Director, the City Administrator, or other authorized official.
