§ 36.30 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   SOCIAL MEDIA. User-generated content presented via the Internet. SOCIAL MEDIA platforms such as Facebook, MySpace, Twitter and the like provide zero publishing costs and access to anyone with Internet capabilities.
