§ 36.01 NATURAL GAS AGGREGATION PLAN.
   (A)   The Village Council hereby adopts a Natural Gas Aggregation Plan of Operation and Governance for the village pursuant to PUCO regulations.
   (B)   A copy of said Plan is attached to Res. 15-17 and marked as Exhibit A and is made part of this section.
