§ 34.46 COMPENSATION FOR EMPLOYEES WITH COMMERCIAL PESTICIDE LICENSE.
   (A)   Employees who hold a current and valid state commercial pesticide license shall be paid an additional amount of pay per hour worked as set forth by the Village Council from time to time.
   (B)   Eligible employees who acquire the state commercial pesticide license in the future shall be made eligible for the additional amount of pay upon producing appropriate paperwork and passing test score results.
   (C)   If an employee acquires a state commercial pesticide license but allows it to lapse without renewing, misses any mandatory continuing education associated with the renewal of said license, or makes cause to have the license suspended by the state, the additional amount of pay will be revoked. The employee’s new pay will be the current pay at time of nullification of license minus $0.50.
