(A) The employee handbook is hereby adopted as attached to Ord. 20-14 as Exhibit A for use in the village.
(B) All existing personnel or employment manuals, policies, procedures, rules, resolutions or ordinances pertaining to personnel issues are hereby revoked.
(C) Future revisions of the employee handbook shall be made either by resolution, ordinance or motion of Council. If revisions are made, the Village Administrator shall distribute revisions to all employees. The Village Administrator at the end of each year shall compile all revisions to the handbook, and cause legislation to be brought before the Council officially updating the employee handbook.
