§ 110.01 MEDICAL MARIJUANA RETAIL DISPENSARIES, CULTIVATORS OR PROCESSORS.
   The village prohibits the establishment of retail dispensaries, cultivators and processors of adult use cannabis and medical marijuana within the corporation limits of the village.
