§ 94.15 PROCEDURE.
   The Village Administrator shall have the authority of the Village Council, and he or she shall designate one or more subordinates as sidewalk inspectors who shall have the duty of inspecting the sidewalks within the village and ordering and arranging for the replacement or repair of sidewalks in accordance with R.C. Chapter 729.
