(A) For a period of seven days prior to the fishing derby and 21 days after the fishing derby, fishing in the town pond shall be prohibited except as herein provided.
(B) Fishing shall be permitted under the supervision and direction of the Botkins Kiwanis Club during the hours of the fishing derby.
(C) Upon being advised of the date for the fishing derby, the Mayor shall cause the notices to be posted indicating the dates through which fishing shall be prohibited.
