§ 92.27 MISDEMEANOR FOR FAILURE TO CORRECT OR ABATE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person, manager or occupant to fail to correct or abate a violation, as determined by a final order entered into under this chapter.
   (B)   Prosecution for criminal violations of this chapter shall be in either the County Common Pleas Court or the Sidney Municipal Court. The final order shall be prima facie evidence of the violation of this chapter.
