§ 33.06 IMPOUNDMENT FEE FOR VEHICLES STORED IN CONNECTION WITH INVESTIGATIONS.
   (A)   The Village Council authorizes an impoundment fee for vehicles stored on village property and connected with an investigation by the Police Department.
   (B)   The impoundment fee is hereby set at $35 for each day the vehicle is stored.
