§ 33.05 MANDATORY RETIREMENT AGE.
   (A)   The mandatory retirement of any member of the Police Department shall be upon such member reaching the member’s sixtieth birthday.
   (B)   The age stated in each member’s application shall be conclusive as to that member’s age.
