§ 90.03 DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.
   No person shall build, make, cause, assist the same to be done or suffer the same to be done, any fire or bonfire which shall cause the burning of any other property, real or personal. Any burning of any other property caused by said fire or bonfire shall be prima facie evidence of the violation of this section.
