§ 90.01 BURNING PROHIBITED.
   (A)   Except as provided in § 90.02, no person shall build, make, cause, assist the same to be done or suffer the same to be done, any fire or bonfire within the corporation limits of the village.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to burn any garbage or other type of material which shall tend to smoulder or emit offensive odors, nor shall any person permit any fire to smoulder.
   (C)   Notwithstanding the provisions of § 90.02, no fire or bonfire which is permissible herein shall be conducted after 6:00 p.m. and before 6:00 a.m.
   (D)   Notwithstanding the provisions of § 90.02, any fire or bonfire shall be supervised continuously by an adult person who shall remain in the immediate vicinity of the fire or bonfire until the fire or bonfire is completely out.
   (E)   Notwithstanding the provisions of § 90.02, it shall be unlawful to conduct any burning on Sundays.
