§ 76.14 TRAILER AND RECREATIONAL VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS.
   (A)   No person shall stop or leave standing any trailer or recreational vehicle upon the public streets or alleys within the village or upon any municipal parking lot within the village for a period in excess of 24 hours.
   (B)   Any person who has parked a trailer or recreational vehicle upon the public streets or alleys of the village or in a village municipal parking lot must wait 48 hours before they may stop, park or leave standing a trailer on the same street or alley or municipal parking lot within the village, unless they have received a trailer parking permit, pursuant to division (D) below.
   (C)   TRAILER shall be defined pursuant to R.C. § 4501.01(M) and RECREATIONAL VEHICLE shall be defined pursuant to R.C. § 4501.01(Q), and R.C. § 4501.01(M) as presently enacted or as hereafter amended.
   (D)   (1)   Any person who desires to park a trailer upon a public street or alley within the village or upon a municipal parking lot within the village for a period of time exceeding 24 hours must first obtain a trailer parking permit from the Village Administrator or his or her designee.
      (2)   The Village Administrator or his or her designee may issue the trailer parking permit for a set time period at a charge of $5 for each day the permit is to be in effect.
      (3)   The issuance of the trailer parking permit in each case shall be at the discretion of the Village Administrator, who may consider forecast weather conditions, scheduled events or any other factor which he or she feels may be pertinent in deciding whether or not to issue the permit.
      (4)   The trailer parking permit shall be on a form prepared by the Village Administrator and approved by the Village Solicitor and shall contain the location the trailer is to be parked; the name and address of the person who is responsible to move the trailer in case of emergency; and the telephone numbers where the person responsible for moving the trailer may be reached during all times the trailer parking permit is in effect.
