§ 76.13 HEAVY VEHICLE RESTRICTIONS.
   No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle or unit with a manufacturer’s gross weight in excess of 10,000 pounds (except for those vehicles owned by the village) upon any property owned by the village at any time during an eight-hour period which begins daily at 10:00 p.m. and ends at 6:00 a.m.
