The Village Council hereby grants to and confers upon the County Civil Defense Executive Committee and the Director of the County Civil Defense Organization all powers and authority provided by statute and hereby agrees to abide by the rules, regulations and policies of the County Civil Defense Organization as do other villages and political subdivisions within the county.
