§ 31.02 COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT CORPORATION.
   Pursuant to the authority of R.C. § 1724.10, the Botkins Community Improvement Corporation shall be and is hereby designated as the agency of the village for the industrial, commercial, distribution and research development within the village.
