§ 31.01 COUNTY REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION.
   (A)   The village participates as a member of the County Regional Planning Commission.
   (B)   The Mayor, with the consent of the Council, is authorized and directed to appoint such members to the County Regional Planning Commission as the village may be entitled to.
   (C)   The expenses of the Council members, in attending meetings, shall be reimbursed upon voucher presented to the Fiscal Officer.
