The Village Council hereby determines that five of the most public places within the corporate limits of the village where ordinances, resolutions, statements, orders, proclamations, notices and reports shall be posted for purposes of publication are as follows:
(A) Botkins Branch Library, 109 East Lynn Street;
(B) Village of Botkins Administrative Center, 210 South Mill Street;
(C) United States Post Office, 106 South Mill Street;
(D) First National Bank, 204 West State Street; and
(E) Meyer’s Tavern, 303 North Main Street.
