§ 52.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found to be violating any provision of this chapter, except § 52.06, shall be served by the village with a written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
   (B)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (A) of this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not exceeding $200 for each violation, plus any amounts necessary to repair any damage done to the public sewer or municipal waste works as set forth below. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss or damage occasioned the village by reason of such violation.
   (D)   Any person violating § 52.06 shall be subject to immediate arrest and prosecution under appropriate laws and/or ordinances.
