§ 152.112 STREET AND WALKWAY LIGHTING.
   The village is responsible for all equipment, labor and materials for all street lights to be installed. All street lights shall be substantially similar to those included in the Woodland Subdivision. Final determination on street light acceptance shall be made by the Village Council.
