   (A)   Sidewalks shall be required on both sides of all streets except in industrial.
   (B)   All sidewalks shall be constructed in accordance with the village design criteria and construction standards and drawings. The developer who constructs a sidewalk is responsible for curb ramps at intersections. Homeowners will be required to install sidewalks on individual properties within six months of finalized building construction (occupation of the building).
   (C)   Two years after that particular phase of the subdivision is accepted, sidewalks must be installed on all lots by whoever owns the properties. If the sidewalks are not installed, the village will perform the installation and assess the property owner for all cost incurred.
   (D)   Grass shall be required on all residential, commercial and industrial lots.
   (E)   Property owners will be required to plant grass on individual properties within one month of finalized building construction (occupation of the building), unless weather conditions justify extension to a later date. Any such extension will be requested by the property owner to the Village Council.
   (F)   Two years after that particular phase of the subdivision is accepted, grass must be planted on all lots by whoever owns the properties. If the grass is not planted, the village will perform the seeding and assess the property owner for all cost incurred.
