(A) The water use guidelines proposed by the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, as stated in its letter of July 1, 1988, are hereby accepted and adopted within the village.
(B) The Public Works Director is hereby directed to monitor the water usage within the village and to report to Council if he or she believes a water shortage condition within the village is threatened.
