§ 50.04 CAPITAL FEES.
   The following capital fees shall be assessed to each end-user as follows.
   (A)   A capital fee of $2.50 per month will be assessed to any unit attached to the water delivery system that month for the purpose of funding capital improvements.
   (B)   A capital fee of $2.50 per month will be assessed to any unit attached to the sewer system during that month for the purpose of funding capital improvements.
