§ 50.03 STORMWATER FEE.
   (A)   The following stormwater fee shall be assessed to each end-user as follows.
   (B)   A stormwater fee of $1.50 per month will be assessed to any unit attached to the water delivery system that month for the purpose of storm tiles, drains, and retention/detention basin maintenance and construction.
