The Town Council may establish a garbage and unburnable trash collection and disposal service to be available to all persons residing within the corporate limits of the town and certain business establishments. The business establishments that generate less than eight bags per week may receive service for the residential rate. Businesses wishing to be exempted from service shall notify the Town Council in writing of their alternate arrangements for collection and disposal.
