§ 36.03 TOWN EMPLOYEES AND POLITICAL CAMPAIGNS AND CONTRIBUTIONS.

The Town Council, being duly advised of the directives of the Federal Hatch Act (5 U.S.C. §§ 7321 et seq.) concerning limitations on participation in political campaigns and political contributions, now agrees that any town employee funded by, or administering funds provided by, the federal government shall comply with the Hatch Act.
