The duties of the Deputy Town Marshal shall include the following.
(A) The Deputy Marshal ("Deputy") is a law enforcement officer and shall perform all duties, not specifically mentioned, which are commonly associated with the duties and responsibilities of a law enforcement officer.
(B) The Deputy shall communicate routinely with his or her immediate supervisor, the Town Marshal.
(C) The Deputy shall timely report for all shifts or call-outs, as scheduled or required by the Marshal.
(D) The Deputy shall perform other duties as directed by the Marshal or the Town Council.
