§ 74.03 PERMIT.
   (A)   No person shall operate a golf cart in the Town of Boswell, unless such vehicle has been registered and issued an annual permit.
   (B)   Application for a permit shall be made on a form provided by the town and shall be accompanied by reasonable proof of ownership, and shall be made to the office of the town's Clerk- Treasurer.
   (C)   No permit shall be issued without proof of insurance as further described herein.
   (D)   A copy of the permit shall be kept with the vehicle at all times.
   (E)   The fee for the annual registration shall be $25.
