§ 55.04 ESTABLISHMENT OF STORMWATER FUND.
   The Town Council establishes a Stormwater Fund, in accordance with I.C. 8-1.5-5-7, 8-1.5-5-8, 8-1.5-5-9, 8-1.5-5-10 and 8-1.5-5-11. The Fund shall be established and maintained in accordance with I.C. 8-1.5-5 et seq.
