§ 55.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICT FOR PURPOSES OF STORMWATER MANAGEMENT.
   The Town Council establishes a special taxing district in accordance with I.C. 8-1.5-5-5 for the purposes of establishing and creating revenue for a Stormwater Fund. In accordance with this statute, the special taxing district is the corporate limits of the town.
