§ 150.47  RIGHT OF APPEAL.
   All persons shall have the right to appeal the Building Commissioner's decision first to the Board of County Commissioners and then to the Fire Prevention and Building Safety Commission, in accordance with the provisions of I.C. 22-13-2-7.
