(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, within the limits of the town, whether drunk or sober, to offer to fight or quarrel with any person or persons.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb the peace and quiet of the town, or any of the inhabitants thereof, by making any loud or unusual noise, or who shall engage in loud, boisterous or obscene conversation, or who shall discharge any pistol, gun or other firearm whatever, within the limits of the town. Fireworks are excluded, however any use of fireworks must follow the regulations of I.C. 22-11-14.
