§ 115.01 ISSUANCE OF LIQUOR RETAILER’S PERMITS.
   In accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana and subject to the approval of the Benton County Alcoholic Beverage Board and the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission, the town consents to the issuance of liquor retailer permits within the town limits.
