Any person or persons violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be fined in any sum not less than $25 and not more than $100 and pay all costs on verified complaint before any justice of the peace of the town. It is hereby declared to be the duty of the Marshal of the town that whenever he or she shall obtain definite personal knowledge of any violation of any of the provisions of this chapter, he or she shall forthwith arrest the person or persons and conduct him or her before a justice of the peace of the town and make a verified complaint of the complaint.
