§ 114.01  PERMIT REQUIRED.
   (A)   Before any person or persons or troupe shall exhibit any show, circus, menagerie, sleight of hand performance or any musical entertainment exhibition of any operatic comedy or theatrical company, or combination for pay or hire, on any enclosed or unenclosed lands within the corporate limits of the town, the person or persons, company or troupe shall pay to the Clerk-Treasurer of the town the sum of $25 for the first night and $25 for each succeeding night, and take his or her receipt therefor.
   (B)   Nothing herein shall be construed so as to require the payment of any money by any person or persons to exhibit in the town wherein any church or any band of the town is interested in the proceeds of the exhibitions.
