§ 96.99 PENALTY.

(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

(B) Fireworks. Whoever violates § 96.01 shall be fined in any sum not less than $25 and not more than $100 plus damages and legal expenses per violation.
