It shall be unlawful for any person to park any automotive vehicle or any power driven or horse drawn vehicle for a period of 24 hours or longer in any street, alley or other public grounds in the town and to park any power or horse drawn vehicle on the streets, alleys or public grounds of the town without fastening a light to both the front and rear end of the power or house drawn vehicle between the time of the setting and the rising of the sun, and every 24 hours shall constitute a separate offense.
