It shall be unlawful for any person to encumber any street, alley and other public grounds of the town by depositing on any street, alley or other public places any things as old cars, machinery, household furniture or any other goods or chattels without fastening sufficient lanterns or other suitable lights on the old cars, machinery, household furniture or any other goods or chattels between the time of the setting and the rising of the sun.
