(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Open burning. A violation of § 92.20 shall be punishable by the following schedule:
(1) Fifty dollars for a first-time violation;
(2) One hundred dollars for a second-time violation; and
(3) Five hundred dollars for a third violation.
(C) Standing water. Any person or persons or corporation who shall be found guilty of maintaining or continuing a nuisance as defined in § 92.35 shall be fined in any sum not less than $25 and not more than $100.
