§ 91.085  HEALTH CERTIFICATE.
   (A)   All cattle owners selling milk for public consumption within the town limits shall procure a health certificate, including tuberculin testing, endorsed by state or federal authority.
   (B)   The health certificate shall be filed with the town health officers and approved by him or her before the sales shall be made.
   (C)   The health certificate shall be procured annually and filed and approved as aforesaid.
