§ 91.012  RABIES INOCULATION REQUIRED.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of every owner of a dog harbored in the town to have the dog inoculated against rabies.
   (B)   The owner of the dog shall at all times keep in his or her possession evidence of rabies inoculation consisting of a certificate signed by the licensed veterinarian administering the vaccine.
   (C)   A copy of the certificate of rabies inoculation shall be presented with the application for license as required by the preceding section.
   (D)   No license shall be issued unless the certificate bears a date within one year prior to the date of license application if a one-year immunization vaccine was used or within three years prior to the date of license application if a three-year immunization vaccine was administered.
