§ 74.11 WRECKED OR DAMAGED GOLF CARTS.

A person removing a wrecked or damaged golf cart and/or off-road vehicle from a street or highway also must remove any glass or other foreign material dropped upon the street or highway from the golf cart and/or off-road vehicle, as described in I.C. 9-26-6-1, as amended from time to time.
