(A) No person may use a skateboard, roller blades or similar devices, on the private property of another within the town without the permission of the property owner upon whose property the persons intend to use a skateboard or roller blades.
(B) No person may use a skateboard, roller blades or similar devices on public sidewalks, nor may any person place wax or similar dangerous substances on public property.
