§ 72.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person, corporation or entity who violates the restrictions described in § 72.16 above will be fined $50 for the first violation, $100 for the second violation, and $500 for each violation after the second violation.
      (2)   Any landlord who permits a violation of § 72.16 shall be responsible for any penalties imposed as a result of his or her tenant's violation of this section.
      (3)   The Town Marshal and all other duly authorized law enforcement officers charged with enforcing the town's ordinances may issue an appearance ticket and complaint, stating the date and time of violation, the name and address of the person violating this section, and ordering that person to appear on a certain date and time in the County Circuit Court in Fowler, Indiana, for the purposes of a trial thereon, if contested. In the event that the person accused of violating this section wishes to admit the violation, he or she may pay the fine at the Town Hall.
