§ 30.03 USE OF TOWN HALL.
   (A)   Commencing September 1, 2008, the Water Department and the Sewer Department shall each be charged $500 per month rent for their use of the town's office space in the Town Hall.
   (B)   The town shall be responsible for the utilities which serve the Town Hall and its occupants.
   (C)   Both the Water Department and Sewer Department shall have access to the Town Hall during regular office hours for the Town Hall for the purpose of operating their respective departments.
   (D)   In the event of any extraordinary or unusual expense to the town or the Town Hall which is incurred or caused by the Water Department or the Sewer Department, the expense shall be the obligation of the Department which incurred or caused the expense.
