(A) It shall be unlawful to drive, operate, maintain or move any automobile, school bus, truck, trailer or any transport truck, over, along or upon any of the streets or alleys within the traffic preferential zone where the gross weight of the vehicle, including load, shall exceed eight tons and the same is hereby declared a nuisance.
(B) It shall be unlawful to drive, operate, maintain or move any automobile, truck, trailer or other motor vehicle over, along or upon any of the streets or alleys outside the preferential traffic zone and within the corporate limits of the town, excepting upon Brasdell Gravel Road, where the gross weight of the motor vehicle exceeds 20 tons and the violation hereof is hereby declared a nuisance.
